The hotel was well presented and ideal. I loved the lake view from our double room. the location was quiet and excellent for traveling around Limone sul Garda. It's just next door to the best restaurant in Limone, "Osteria da Livio".

Reasonably clean PEACEFUL accommodation with beautiful location to the main waterside area of Limone and genuinely helpful staff. Lots of savoury food at breakfast time. Their service was very good.

Nice view to the lake, parking availability in front of the hotel, which is unusual in Limone, nice pool with great view too.
Too far to the beach; all days same salami breakfest - should be variety, no scrambled eggs or sausages, however good cafe and real orange juice.

This place offers magnificent views of the lake and mountains and the staff is friendly and welcoming, the room is compact, brand-new and equipped with a half bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet.

Very friendly owner & staff, willing to help with all questions. The father of the owner was familiar with all walks in the neighbourhood and always available for advice on walking routes.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting nestled on the side of the hill overlooking Limone and Lake Garda. Perfect for families, couples or honeymooners, the hotel is immaculate and is a great place to relax and unwind. The staff (family run) are more than willing to help and attend to your needs with delight.
It is quite a walk uphill from the town of Limone, so if you are coming home in the evening after a meal in the town, you will need to be prepared for an uphill climb of about 20 minutes duration.

- New building, nicely equipped - stunning view from the room/ balcony onto the lake - quiet surrounding and parking available, still short walk to the beach and Limone central - bath in the sleeping room - breakfast buffet rich, with Juices, Champagne, Mozzarella etc. - outside swimming pool - Satellite LCD-TV with German channels and others

The breakfast here is delicious and the food is tasty, the room we stayed in was great with a nice bathroom, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly with a smile.

Nice hotel, with a marvellous view to the lake of Garda. Staff very helpfull.
Unfortunately the whirl pool is out of order. Would really appreciate having a in- and outdoor whirl pool.
